I was really excited about my stay, but there were a few letdowns. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the ski slopes and the town center, plus the views of the mountains are gorgeous. Unfortunately, my room wasn’t as advertised; it had some dirty socks left behind rather than the promised amenities. Breakfast was decent, but I think they could offer a bit more variety. Overall, it has great potential but needs some attention to detail.
